Cormorants & Seagulls

On a warm sunny day, you are likely to see a Cormorant perched on a piece of driftwood drying their wings. These talented diving fishers must dry their wings after getting their fill of fish or they would be unable to fly. As to seagulls, there are hundreds & hundreds that inhabit our island. An often seen sight is a seagull trying to swallow a starfish. They, the starfish, do not go down easily.
